Arrivals & Transfers

Our hosts are waiting at the aircraft door the moment guests land in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Immigration is fast-tracked, bags are collected and a chauffeured car stocked with chilled water and fresh dates is ready at the kerb. Whether the next stop is a city tower, a desert camp or an island resort, every transfer is timed, tracked and briefed to the hotel ahead of arrival. Seaplanes, helicopters and private jets are only ever a call away.

Personal Concierge

Living in Dubai gives our concierge team a genuine edge. We secure prime restaurant reservations, private gallery viewings, sought-after show tickets and last-minute yacht charters, often within the hour. When something needs fixing, we can be there in person, and advisors receive concise updates so they always know how their clients are being looked after. Even the most unusual wish, from desert polo to a dawn photo shoot, is simply another brief.

Events & Incentives

Incentive groups, family reunions and milestone celebrations all thrive in the Emirates. We source the hotels, venues and experiences that suit each group, from private dune dinners for forty to superyacht parties along the coast and gala evenings beneath the skyline. One dedicated planner manages contracts, rooming lists, transfers and on-site hosts, so even complex events feel effortless and every single guest, whatever their age, goes home with a highlight of their own.

A First Look at Every New Opening

The UAE's hotel scene moves fast. We preview new openings before they launch and revisit established favourites often, so our advice on rooms, views, pools and restaurants always reflects how a property is really performing today, not a year or two ago.

Signature Experiences

Beyond the famous skyline lies a country of falconers, pearl divers, mountain villages and desert nomads. We introduce guests to both sides of the Emirates, pairing glamorous evenings with experiences rooted in heritage and insider access.

Falcon resting on the desert sand

Dubai Desert

Falconry at First Light

As the sun climbs over the dunes, a master falconer introduces guests to the ancient Emirati art of hunting with birds of prey. They learn how the falcons are trained, feel the rush of air as one swoops down to the glove and pose for portraits with these magnificent birds. A Bedouin-style breakfast of fresh bread, dates and cardamom coffee follows in a shaded camp.

Private yacht cruising at sea

Dubai Marina

An Evening on the Water

As the city lights flicker on, a private yacht slips out of the marina and cruises past palm-shaped islands, sleek beach clubs and a glittering skyline. A personal chef prepares a seafood supper on board while guests watch the towers glow gold, then silver. We tailor every detail, from the playlist to the route, and can arrange a surprise fireworks moment for anniversaries, birthdays and proposals.

Sleeping Under Desert Stars

Deep in the dunes that border the Empty Quarter, a private camp is set for just one party. Guests arrive in time for sandboarding and a camel ride at sunset, then gather around the fire for a slow-cooked Emirati feast. An astronomer guides them through the night sky before they retire to a canvas suite with a proper bed, crisp linen and the Milky Way overhead. At first light, cardamom coffee is served on the crest of a dune, and a falconer flies his birds over the sands before the drive home.
