These terms govern your use of this website and of Kaspr Connect, our online platform for travel professionals. By browsing the website or signing in to Kaspr Connect you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use either. Travel arrangements booked with us are governed by our separate booking conditions, which accompany every quotation and confirmation we issue.

1. Using the website

1.1 You may use the website to learn about our destinations and services and to get in touch with our team. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or that could damage, overload or interfere with its operation.

1.2 We work hard to keep the information on the website accurate and current, but descriptions, photographs, opening seasons and availability can change without notice. Website content is provided for general information only and does not form an offer that can be accepted. Prices, availability and the details of any service are only confirmed when we issue a written confirmation.

1.3 We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time, for example for maintenance, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available.

1.4 When you send us an enquiry or share information through the website or Kaspr Connect, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it, including any details about your clients. We use it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please never send payment card details by email or through the enquiry form.

2. Kaspr Connect partner platform

2.1 Kaspr Connect is available only to travel advisors and other trade partners whose registration we have approved. We may ask for evidence of your business details and may decide at our discretion whether to grant, renew or refuse access.

2.2 Login details are personal to each registered user and must not be shared. You are responsible for keeping them secure and for all activity carried out under your account, and you must tell us promptly if you suspect that someone else has used them.

2.3 Net rates, commission levels, special offers and supplier information shown on Kaspr Connect are confidential. They are provided solely so that you can advise and book your own clients, and they must not be published, forwarded or shared with any other party.

2.4 Access is offered free of charge to approved partners. We review partner accounts from time to time and may adjust, suspend or close access, in particular if these terms are breached or an account remains inactive for a long period.

2.5 We may add features, change the way Kaspr Connect works or withdraw it altogether. Where practical, we will give registered partners reasonable notice of any significant change.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the website and on Kaspr Connect, including text, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and the underlying software, is owned by or licensed to Kaspr Travel and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view, download and print pages for your own reference or, if you are a registered partner, to present our services to your clients. You must not otherwise copy, adapt, distribute, sell or republish any content, remove copyright or attribution notices, or use our name or logo without our prior written consent. Some photographs are used under licence and remain the property of their creators.

4. Links to other websites

The website may point you to sites run by hotels, airlines, partners and other organisations. We include such links because we think they may be useful, but we do not review or control those sites and cannot accept responsibility for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion and subject to the terms published by the organisation concerned.

5. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the website work, to remember your preferences and to understand which pages our visitors find most useful. Strictly necessary cookies are always active; others are only set with your consent where the law requires it. 7. Our liability

7.1 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or Kaspr Connect.

7.3 Subject to clause 7.1, our total liability to a registered partner in connection with Kaspr Connect is limited to AED [amount] in any twelve-month period.

7.4 Our responsibilities for travel arrangements are set out in our booking conditions and are not affected by these website terms.

8. General

8.1 If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply in full.

8.2 These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
